Because of our nursing background we anticipate possible complications and set a course to prevent these from occurring.  We are able to provide medical, psychosocial, functional, and cognitive assessments, with each piece being integrated in the plan of care.  We communicate with your physician as your advocate, in this way we can simplify all the medical jargon which often confuses the older client. We use a network of quality providers who are independent companies and physicians and therefore  we remain objective. We evaluate your case on a continual basis and adjust the care plan accordingly.
